Welcome to the Federation of Canadian Naturists
This is the Official Site of the Federation of Canadian Naturists.
Naturism—the practice of nudity—promotes wholesomeness and stability of the human body, mind, and spirit.
Naturism is founded on family participation. Children in naturist families learn to appreciate the body as part of their natural environment. They grow up with healthful attitudes and accept the physical nature of both sexes and all ages without fear or shame.
The Federation of Canadian Naturists (FCN) and the Fédération québécoise de naturisme (FQN) constitute together the national naturist organization in Canada. We strive to:
- Promote naturism to Canadians
- Help naturists find out how and where they may enjoy the naturist life
- Represent the interests of Canadian naturist individuals, families, clubs, resorts, and organizations.

Survey Says
14% of Canadians Willing to Bare it All
The results of the survey on Canadians’ experience and attitudes toward nudity and naturism is now available.
Identifying the size of the movement has always been challenging. While it is easy to count members of associations and visitors to naturist facilities, that represents only a small portion of participants. That question was first answered through a 1999 survey.
To update the data, determine trends, and reaffirm the original conclusions, a new survey was commissioned. The Federation of Canadian Naturists (FCN), the Fédération Québécoise de naturisme (FQN) and Bare Oaks Family Naturist Park used an Ipsos panel to ask a similar but more in depth set of questions. The survey was designed, implemented and interpreted by Mark Wilkins Communications.
