Kevin Gagel

I’ve lived in beautiful British Columbia all my life. Born and raised in the lower mainland I moved to the Central Interior in my early thirties, where I continue to enjoy a career in Information Technology.

My interest in Naturism was sparked in my teens but I didn’t ‘heed the call’ till much later in life. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to enjoy this freedom. The elements on naked skin is a joy that helps wash away all the frustrations life can bring us.

These days I am a member of the Federation of Canadian Naturists and the Van Tan Club of North Vancouver, despite it being a nine hour drive from home. I look forward to my annual two week stay there each year.

Social naturism helps us to see the person inside the body. It helps us with our self confidence, mental health and is known to help your body create vitamin D. Nothing beats the feeling of snowshoeing naked on a (barely) warm day of winter.

I am convinced that if more people enjoy naturism, the world would be a better place. If you’re not already a naturist I’d like to encourage you to consider trying it out. When you fall in love with it make sure you join the Federation of Canadian Naturists too!
